Get Inspired With These Six Beautiful Homes
We all know the power of good interior design, and creating a space that brings you joy is more important now than ever before. Here at Divine Savages we encourage a bolder interior design, for you to embrace more colour, print and pattern, and perhaps most importantly, to have fun with your interiors!
Your home should be a reflection of you, so fill it with things that make you smile. Forget about the latest interior trends and what's 'in vogue' at any given time - for these will come and go. Instead, start with what make you feel good, be that a particular colour, or group of colours, a favourite pattern or print, a cushion or piece of art work.
For some inspiration we thought it would be fun to take a look at some of our favourite customer interior projects to date. We just love the way they have introduced bold pattern, print and colour to these spaces, creating rooms bursting with personality. It's what we live for here at Divine Savages! Take a look and remember to tag us in your interior projects so we can feature your home next time around!
We absolutely love how Father of Daughters dressed his guest bedroom in our Deco Martini 'Blush' wallpaper, creating a calm yet vibrant space with vintage features and rich textures - it's definitely somewhere we'd love to spend the night!
Always Sunday House is a stunning events house in the heart of Georgian Bath. Lexi curates a fabulous mix of workshops, gigs, performances and supper clubs at her gorgeous home which includes a decadent bathroom with our Nocturnal Faunacation wallpaper taking pride of place alongside beautifully sourced pieces like this marble and brass vanity unit, tiger print linens and vintage wall sconces that she'd found at a flea market six years ago! Our Crane Fonda wallpaper in 'Coral' works perfectly in this bathroom by Jacqui from The Ragged Peacock Parlour. Styled with sleek black gloss tiles, period style basin and fittings, plus that ornate antique mirror that gives a glimpse of the crystal chandelier! We wish our childhood bedroom was as stylish as this one! This bedroom was designed by Jenasie Earl, otherwise known as Ms Vicious Design for her son Baron as part of the One Room Challenge last year - that's one lucky kid! Jenasie used our bold Faunacation wallpaper and styled the room with gorgeous vintage pieces including this beautiful antique bed which she restored. "The main goal with this room was to show a happy marriage of old and new. To create a room filled with history, but also have that fun modern touch". We think she totally nailed it with that brief! Mark from Pepper and Co used our Zsa Zsa wallpaper in this bathroom project, adding a flamboyant dose of print and colour, paired with these beautiful tiles with gold trim and round mirror. Embracing print in a smaller space is a great way to make a big statement, and if you're still a little nervous about it all, a bathroom or cloakroom can be the perfect room to start experimenting in!
This garden room project by Maria The Interior Editor used our Forbidden Bloom wall covering in 'Black' - part of our bold collaboration with London's Natural History Museum. Paired with this comfy green velvet sofa and black woodwork, we'd love to take a seat and look out at the views beyond.
Remember to tag us in your projects so we can share them in the next edition of inspiring interiors!
