COVID-19 Shipping Update


We have seen unprecedented order demand in recent months and this has created knock-on pressures for some of our warehouse operations and for the national courier networks which are managing their operations around the COVID-19 restrictions.

Despite these challenges we are working hard to process your orders as quickly as possible and within the timeframes below, but deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to the demand on the courier networks. UK shipping costs are from £5.75 per order.

We also ship to North America and Europe, the rate will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit.

We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 5-7 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
