Standard Shipping Terms:

We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, America & Canada and Australia & NZ.

Please email us on hello@divinesavages.com to enquire about shipping to other destinations, we'll be happy to provide a shipping quote.

FABRIC & WALLPAPER SAMPLES

For the UK we offer free sample delivery and samples are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, usually delivered within 2-5 working days. Please note that this service is not tracked. We will send you an email confirmation once your samples are on their way to you.

For countries outside of the UK we mostly ship using Royal Mail International Tracked, usually delivered in 7-10 business days.

PARCELS

UK shipping costs are from £5.95 per order; costs are calculated and confirmed at the checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Wallpaper is shipped via courier in 1-2 business days. We ship some items using other couriers and you should have your order within 2-3 business days.

We ship to Europe, America & Canada via Parcelforce, DPD and DHL Air Express.  The total rate will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, and goods should arrive within 3-7 business days.

We also ship to Australia and NZ via DHL Air Express and within 5-10 business days.

Please note our fabric is shipped on a roll and will be charged separately in line with our courier fees.

Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the tracking details for your parcel, please note this may come from our fulfilment partner - 4PL.

 

Lampshades, due to their fragile nature and size, are sent separately and will be charged in line with our courier fees. Please note that we are currently only able to offer shipping to UK for our lampshades - please get in touch if you are outside of these regions and would like a shipping quote for lampshades.

We send all international orders using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). That means import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so you usually won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your parcel arrives (though there can be rare exceptions depending on the destination).

In some countries, customs may ask for additional details to process the shipment - such as a Tax ID, EORI number, or other identification. These requirements are set by local authorities. We’ll share any information we already have for your order where possible, but in some cases customs (or the courier on their behalf) may need to collect this directly from the recipient and may contact you.

If customs or the courier requests documents or information, please reply as quickly as you can to prevent delays. If the request isn’t completed in time, the parcel may be held, returned, or destroyed, and we’re unable to take responsibility for those outcomes.

If you have any questions, our team is always here to help.

 We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 2-5 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery relies on our couriers to keep up their side of the deal too. Ongoing import challenges, reduced air and freight capacity and high volumes are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe. 

We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred through the fault of the couriers.

 

 We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have the goods on site.

If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales / deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed when placing your order.
