Despite the ongoing challenges, we are working hard to process your orders as quickly as possible and within the timeframes below, but deliveries may take slightly longer than usual due to the increased demand on the courier networks. We are working extended hours to deal with your email requests as quickly as possible to give you the answers you need, and you can always reach us via hello@divinesavages.com

Standard Shipping Terms:
We currently offer shipping to the UK, Europe, America & Canada and Australia & NZ.
FABRIC & WALLPAPER SAMPLES
For the UK we offer free sample delivery and samples are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class, usually delivered within 2-5 working days. Please note that this service is not tracked. We will send you an email confirmation once your samples are on their way to you.
For countries outside of the UK we ship using Royal Mail International Tracked, usually delivered in 7-10 business days.
PARCELS
UK shipping costs are from £5.95 per order; costs are calculated and confirmed at the checkout based on the size and weight of your order. Wallpaper is shipped via DHL in 1-2 business days. We also ship some items using Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, DPD and DHL, and you should have your order within 2-3 business days.
We ship to Europe (from £17.50), America & Canada (from £27.50) via Parcelforce, DPD and DHL Air Express. The total rate will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, and goods should arrive within 3-5 business days.
We now also ship to Australia and NZ via DHL Air Express from £27.50 and within 5-7 business days.
Please note our fabric is shipped on a roll and will be charged separately in line with our courier fees.
Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with the tracking details for your parcel, please note this will come from our fulfilment partner - 4PL.
Lampshades, due to their fragile nature and size, are sent separately and will be charged in line with our courier fees. Please note that we are currently only able to offer shipping to UK and Europe for our lampshades - please get in touch if you are outside of these regions and would like a shipping quote for lampshades.
Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit.

We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 2-5 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery relies on our couriers to keep up their side of the deal too. Ongoing Covid restrictions, reduced air and freight capacity, high volumes and winter weather conditions are all impacting transportation and local delivery across the globe.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred through the fault of the couriers or due to Covid.
We strongly advise that you do not book tradesmen until you have the goods on site.
If you have requested a bespoke service then additional time scales / deliveries will apply due to the specifications being a tailored service. This will be confirmed when placing your order.
