All our items are lovingly packaged to ship to you but sometimes things can go wrong. If you receive a faulty or damaged item please get in touch within 7 working days of receipt and we will be more than happy to help and offer a replacement or refund.

Proof of damage to the packaging and item, for example a photograph of the damage, may be required for our couriers. Upon return of the item the full price of goods will be refunded through the payment method used to purchase the goods.


We really want you to be delighted with your Divine Savages purchase, and if for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied we are here to help!

You are entitled to cancel your order, providing your order has not been processed. If you do wish to cancel your order, Divine Savages must be notified by email on

If you have received your order, you have 30 calendar days from the date you received an item to return it to us.

Customers wishing to return items must notify Divine Savages in writing via email and request our returns form.

We can only accept returns if the product is in the original packaging and undamaged.

Customers must arrange for the item(s) to be returned themselves and at their own cost. We suggest using a tracked and insured service.


Once we receive your returned order safely, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.


Shipping policy

UK shipping costs are from £5.75 per order.

We also ship to North America and Europe, the rate will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional import or custom fees that may be applied when entering your delivery country, this includes shipments to the EU post-Brexit.

We dispatch items as soon as possible but please allow 5-7 working days for UK deliveries on items that are in stock and with standard shipping.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Sometimes orders will require a signature, so please provide an address where someone will be available to sign for your delivery.
